Case Study Analysis

I conducted a case analysis to determine how or why a teacher is innovative by looking at three educators working on different campuses with similarly low campus STaR (School Technology and Readiness) Report. My research taught me that classroom innovation--in terms of educational technology and teaching practices--is closely linked to the personality and social habits of the teacher.
